I’m Ben Lovro, an entrepreneur based in Lexington, South Carolina. I built a real estate company, a software company for investors and an AI company, and I run all of them on the same operating framework I teach. My job, when we work together, is to make your business less dependent on you and more dependent on a system.

What working together looks like
Most engagements start the same way. On the strategy call, you tell me where the business is stuck and I ask a lot of uncomfortable questions about your week, your numbers and your team. If we’re a fit, the first few weeks are diagnosis: I look at the scoreboard you have (or build a rough one), draw the Ownership Chart with you, and sit in on the meetings you already run.
From there we install the operating rhythm and pick the first engine to fix. Sometimes that’s the sales follow-up system. Sometimes it’s process documentation so delivery stops depending on two people. Sometimes it’s the owner’s calendar.
Who I’m not a fit for
I’m not the right person if you want a report instead of a change, if you’re looking for a quick marketing hack, or if you won’t be held to the same scoreboard as your team. I’d rather tell you that on the first call than three months in.
Why an operator
I’ve sat in the owner’s chair when the phone doesn’t stop and everything waits on you. I’ve built the meetings, scoreboards and processes that took me out of the middle of my own companies, and I’ve watched AI take over a growing share of the busywork once those systems existed. That’s what I bring: not theory, but the order of operations that worked when it was my business on the line.
